It was a very good stay, great place. Fairly clean, excellent value hotel, the location was peaceful right by a shopping center, Ft and Sanibel. I've been here for 7 nights, the breakfast was scrumptious with chicken and waffles, for instance.

The fresh hot coffee was fantastic! We enjoyed nice clean flooring and the quiet air-conditioning made for a comfy stay. Plus, plenty of parks nearby to enjoy some lovely strolls.
Check-in was so slow it felt like we were auditioning for a waiting room commercial.

The breakfast was wonderful, and the staff was more than accommodating. Room was clean and well designed. Parking was convenient.
Access to the hotel was difficult and convoluted. When we arrived there was only person to take care of everything going on in the hotel. That included a party with about 50 guests going on in the Breakfast room. We were unhappy that you are not able to accommodate someone with an allergy to feathers (me), and I had to go out and buy my own pillow from a nearby Wal-Mart. I filled out the box that Booked.net provides asking if I had any special requests, but it was never sent to the hotel. The air conditioner was loud and rattled whenever the compressor turned on (room 123).

It was great for the kids, with plenty of space to run around and play. The staff welcomed our pet dog. The complimentary cookies and coffee were a good bonus, too!
My kids wished the room had been cleaner and better maintained.

The hotel was perfect.It was spotless. My wife and I were amazed that everything was just like new.We will definetley stay there again when we go back to port Charlotte.Breakfast was also great. We used the washer and dryer and they were spotless. We would certainly recommend it to anyone

Our shower walls had black mold in the corners....very nasty to look at.....also the batterys in our remote were dead.
